Golden Designs saunas ship directly from the manufacturer’s California warehouse using professional freight carriers. Because of the size and weight of sauna units, all products are carefully packaged on secure pallets to ensure safe transportation.

Most orders are processed quickly so customers can receive their sauna as soon as possible.

Shipping details

• Fast processing – Most infrared saunas and cold plunges ship within 1–2 business days from the warehouse

• Freight preparation – Larger traditional and hybrid sauna models may require 3–7 additional days to coordinate freight equipment and pallet handling with the carrier

• Transit time – Delivery time depends on location:

 – West Coast: approximately 5–7 days

 – Central / Midwest states: approximately 7–10 days

 – East Coast: approximately 11–14 days

• Freight delivery – Saunas are shipped securely on a pallet via freight carrier

• Delivery appointment – The carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a convenient time

• Curbside delivery – The driver will unload the sauna at the curb or driveway

• Tracking provided – You will receive tracking information once your order ships

Important warranty notes

• Warranty applies to products delivered within the United States or Canada

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications is not covered

• Labor, installation costs, and relocation are not included in the warranty coverage
