3.2Products & Customization

RECOSAUNA offers premium Nordic saunas and carefully selected accessories.

Our sauna collection combines timeless design, natural materials and customizable features to suit individual preferences.

Product specifications, dimensions, materials and available options are presented on the individual product pages.

3.3Prices & Payments

Product prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Free standard freight shipping is included in the price in accordance with Section 1.1 of our Shipping Policy.

Any additional charges will be disclosed before an order is accepted.

3.4Orders

The selected sauna model, customizations, total price and estimated delivery schedule are confirmed during the ordering process.

An order is confirmed once accepted by RECOSAUNA. Any changes or cancellation requests made after order confirmation are reviewed individually, taking into account the production stage and applicable law.

3.5Installation & Safety

Customers are responsible for suitable foundations, necessary permits and compliance with local installation requirements.

Electrical installations and heating equipment must comply with applicable local safety regulations.

3.6Natural Wood Characteristics

Wood is a natural material, and variations in colour, grain and texture are part of its character.

Changes in temperature and humidity may cause natural movement in wooden components.

These characteristics do not automatically constitute product defects and do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.

3.7Warranty & Consumer Rights

We stand behind the quality of our products.

Product defects are addressed through appropriate remedies, including repair or replacement of affected components where applicable and legally permitted.

Any additional manufacturer's warranty complements and does not replace statutory consumer rights.

3.8Business Customers

Separate commercial terms may apply to business customers, professional partners and authorized dealers.

3.9Privacy & Cookies

Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Optional cookie preferences can be managed through the website's cookie settings.

3.10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
