RECOSAUNA brings together Nordic sauna traditions, timeless design, premium materials and quality craftsmanship. Our sauna collection offers customizable designs to suit individual preferences, needs and environments.
1.1Shipping Destinations & Delivery Methods
We deliver saunas to the European Union, United Kingdom and United States.
Free standard freight shipping is included for all sauna models in the EU, UK and USA, except for Lumi models delivered to the USA, where shipping costs are confirmed individually.
Delivery methods vary depending on the sauna model and destination.

* Certain delivery methods require individual confirmation before an order is accepted.
The Lumi collection is currently delivered fully assembled. Shipping Lumi saunas to the United States requires special freight arrangements.
1.2Production & Delivery Times
Every RECOSAUNA sauna is carefully handcrafted and can be customized to your preferences.
Production typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the season, sauna size and selected customizations. Larger saunas and more personalized designs may require additional production time.
We keep you informed about your order, notify you when your sauna is ready and provide shipping confirmation and available tracking details once dispatched.

A more specific production and delivery schedule will be confirmed before your order is accepted.
1.3Shipping Costs & Unloading
- Free standard freight shipping is included in sauna prices as specified in Section 1.1.
- Shipping costs for Lumi models delivered to the USA are confirmed individually.
- Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional delivery charges will be disclosed before purchase.
- Saunas are delivered curbside, unless otherwise agreed.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of unloading the sauna from the delivery vehicle.
- Flat-pack saunas require assembly at the delivery location.
- Standard freight shipping does not include assembly, foundation work, installation or electrical connections unless otherwise agreed.
1.4Shipping Damage
- We recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival.
- Any visible transport damage should be photographed and noted on the delivery documentation before signing for the shipment.
- If any components are missing or damaged, we will assist in resolving the issue and arranging an appropriate solution.
- Prompt notification helps us resolve issues efficiently but does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
