Canadian Timber MiniPOD Sauna - LeisureCraft

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labour costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing:
24–48 business hours

Sauna production & freight delivery (US & Canada):
Most saunas ship within 21–30 business days after order confirmation.

Each LeisureCraft sauna is handcrafted, not mass-produced. This artisan build process takes longer than machine manufacturing but ensures higher quality, durability, and attention to detail. Due to increased demand across North America, production timelines may vary slightly based on availability.

Once your sauna ships, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment at your convenience.

How Delivery Works

• Your sauna is professionally built and crated at the LeisureCraft facility in Canada
  
• A licensed freight carrier delivers the sauna to your address
  
• The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment
  

Delivery Location

• Delivery is made curbside or to the end of your driveway
  
• Carriers cannot drive trucks into private driveways or yards
  
• Most deliveries use large freight trucks (18-wheel) — please ensure street access is available
  

Unloading the Sauna

Because saunas are large and heavy, unloading is the customer’s responsibility.

• Crate length: approx. 6–14 ft
  
• Weight: approx. 800–1,600 lbs, depending on model
  

Liftgate delivery

• Crates 92 inches (7 ft) or shorter may be lowered with a liftgate
  
• Longer crates do not include liftgate service
  

Common unloading options

• Forklift or similar equipment
  
• Trailer pickup from local freight terminal
  
• Tilt tow truck (can be arranged for an additional fee)
  

Residential Delivery

Residential deliveries require special scheduling:

• Residential delivery for sauna shipments
  
• Residential delivery for outdoor furniture (showers, tiki bars, etc.)
  

These deliveries cover appointment scheduling and residential freight handling.

Remote Locations & Customs

• Some remote areas or islands may require additional shipping charges
  
• All customs and cross-border clearance are handled for you, no action required
  

Delivery Inspection & Claims

• Inspect the crate before signing
  
• If damage is visible, accept delivery, take photos, and note on the paperwork:
  
  “Crate arrived damaged / possible concealed damage”
  
• Report any damage or missing components within 30 days of delivery
  

Order Changes & Returns

• Orders may be changed or canceled within 14 days of placement
  
• Orders cannot be changed or canceled within 7 days of shipping
  
• Due to the custom-built nature of these products, returns are not accepted
