Return & Refund Policy

At Recosauna, our saunas are custom-built to order in collaboration with our manufacturing partners. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled differently than standard retail products. Please review the information below carefully.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Saunas)

All saunas sold on Recosauna are custom-made and built specifically for each order.

For this reason:

  • Saunas are non-returnable

  • ❌ We do not accept returns once production has started

  • ❌ We do not accept returns after delivery

This policy ensures product quality, safety, and fair pricing for all customers.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 14 days of order placement, provided production has not yet begun

  • After 14 days, cancellation fees may apply

  • Orders cannot be canceled within 7 days of the scheduled shipping date

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm eligibility.


Order Changes

  • Changes (such as model options or delivery details) may be requested within 14 days of placing your order

  • After this period, modification fees may apply

  • Orders cannot be changed within 7 days of shipping

  • Address changes after an order has shipped may incur carrier re-routing fees


Damaged or Defective Items

If your sauna arrives with visible shipping damage or missing components:

  1. Accept the delivery

  2. Take clear photos of the crate and any affected areas

  3. Note the issue on the delivery paperwork

  4. Contact us immediately

All shipping damage or missing component claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

In approved cases, replacement parts or materials will be provided in coordination with the manufacturer.


Refunds

Because saunas are custom-built:

  • Refunds are not issued for delivered or installed saunas

  • Refunds related to approved cancellations (within the allowed window) will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees


Accessories & Non-Custom Items

Accessories and non-custom items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team before returning any accessory items.
